The dock also adds a cleaning solution into the water for deep cleaning. The S1's tank of water holds enough water for around a dozen cleaning sessions before it needs to be emptied, though it will differ based the amount you use the mop. Like all 2-in-1 robots, the S1 requires regular maintenance to ensure that it's operating well. To do this, you'll need to wash the dirty water tank regularly to keep it from becoming clogged. It is also necessary to clean the swivel wheels and sensors frequently to avoid them from getting clogged by dirt or dust. However, overall, the S1 is easy to maintain, especially when compared to other combos which require more effort to maintain. 2. Ecovacs Deebot X2 Combo Complete This all-in-1 robot mop and vacuum from Ecovacs is a great choice to meet your cleaning needs. Its robot vacuum boasts 8,700Pa of suction and offers a number of innovative features, including full home mapping, voice control and smart path-planning that avoids obstructions and cleans furniture. Its mopping ability is impressive. Rotating mop heads actually lift the floor and scrub it instead of simply drag a pad across a surface. The mops are cleaned and dried at the base station, as required. This robot combo is easy to install and use, with a simple interface that guides you through the procedure. It comes with a rechargeable hand vacuum for those hard-to-reach areas that the robot can't reach and two water tanks that are automatically emptied and filled whenever needed. Its navigation capabilities are good, too, even though it does sometimes get hung up on the small area mats or rugs that I have in my house (which is something you can control by creating a virtual boundary in the application). Its mopping capabilities are also excellent and include a pair of mop pads that are able to lift and scrub floors, rather than just drag the pad across it. The mops are also cleaned using heated water and dried in the base station when required. robotic hoovers can also be refilled at the top of the station if needed. 3. Dreame X40 ultra Dreame launched the high-end X30 Ultra earlier this year and their new top-of-the-line robot vacuum and mop has even more impressive features. It has fantastic cleaning results and is simple to maintain. This makes it a contender for our top list of mops and robot vacuums. Its superior mapping capabilities, RGB AI smart detection, and an expanded side brush will ensure a thorough, customized clean is achieved. The X40 Ultra vacuums well, getting rid of both large and fine debris. It is equally effective on carpets and hard floors. It also cleaned our test's dirtiest areas well, avoiding tangled pet hairs and other messes. The sweeping power is enhanced by a side brush that automatically swings out to tackle hard-to-reach corners, and an extending mop pad that can be placed alongside baseboards. Its navigation system is intelligent that can navigate tight spaces and climbing stairs without missing a beat. The Q5 is among the few robots we tested that didn't show any issues with high-pile carpets or area rug, but it was unable to clean up cables or kitty litter that's not a surprise given that it doesn't have AI-powered obstacle avoidance. 5. K10 Plus K10 Plus is one of the quietest robot vacuums we've tested. It also uses a unique system to map your home this allows it to get into places that other vacuums cannot reach. The device also stores dust in a larger dustbin which means you need empty it less frequently. It also has washable filters which reduces the cost. The robot can recognize carpets, and boost suction if needed. The app also lets you to mark off areas that you want it to avoid and is a great feature.
